Shadow

Effect of a shadow cast by the image. Used for editing of the image shadow, designed to add the effect of a distance between the image and background, mostly used to emphasize an image on an unicolor background.

Adjustable settings:

Offset shadow in pixels - setting to determine the space in a frame reserved for the shadow. This is not a scalable parameter, that is why shadow effect depends on the image size. The larger is the image, the higher shall be the value of this setting.

Dissolve in percents - dissolving color of the shadow, used to dissolve shadow edges of the selected color, measured in percent. When adjusting this setting at 0 - the shadow has the same color around all surface, the color is selected in Shadow Color dialog box. If the setting is adjusted for a higher value, the edges of the shadow become more and more blurred. This setting can be treated as the light spot adjustment - the less is the value of the setting, the less is light power.

Shadow Color - opens the dialog box for selection of shadow basic color. Dissolving of the selected color is specified by Dissolve setting.
